Deliveries

We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days.

Returns & exchanges

We offer returns free of charge within 7 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. To return an item, use the return waybill and the return form which were included with your parcel. Make sure the form is filled out completely. If you are missing any of these, please get in touch with us. The refund will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive the returned item.

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. No fees/charges apply to card payments or PayPal payments. Within Thailand, we are also able to offer invoice payment subject to certain conditions and an invoice fee.

Claims & faulty items

If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.

Refunds

Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 15 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase.
